Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to accounts and assets, and content approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website transfers to the client. Zona Stak retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Zona Stak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a website we build, including but not limited to lost revenue, search ranking changes, or third-party service outages.
